Good to know
The property is situated on a large block with a tree lined and fenced backyard, perfect for guests who wish to bring ALL of the family along for the holiday. The home is fully self contained and all linen is provided. Pets are allowed to sleep inside, just not on the couches nor beds please. When venturing out and leaving your pet at the house, please do not leave your dog inside, there is plenty of sheltered space undercover on the home's back deck. BYO beach towels and please take care with use of the billiard table. The Weber BBQ is located on the back deck and there's plenty of room for the kids and/or pets to have the run of the 20 x 20m backyard. The upstairs master bedroom has ensuite and walk in robe, and there is a separate toilet upstairs off the living area. Downstairs houses 2 more bedrooms, also with queen beds, a full bathroom with bath, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a 3rd separate toilet, as well as the games room.
Other Details to Note
Car parking is within the front driveway, which fits 2 cars comfortably, and there is lockable space in the garage upon request, for those on motorcycles. There is also 3 car spaces across the road, if extra spaces are required.
